As the coalescence of new and old revives this XIX. century building, the story of the Isabella Hotel’s namesake continues with her granddaughter, who was inspired to enter the hospitality industry by her grandmother’s presence, cooking and home.
Here, the nostalgia for the past is accompanied by modern cuisine and modern comfort, as the features of the heritage building have been emphasized with clean, modern cladding and furniture.
Grandma’s house is home in its most essential form, from which we all have fond, special memories, of which caring and a sense of security are universal.
